Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Tomadoro Drinks. We hope you enjoy our alcohol-free beverages. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Period

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your products without giving any reason.

  • After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product to us.

Conditions for Returns (Hygiene & Sealing)

Due to the nature of our products (food and beverages), specific legal exceptions apply to the right of withdrawal:

  • Unopened products only: Products can only be returned if the bottle or packaging is still completely sealed, unopened, and undamaged.

  • Opened bottles: Once the cap or seal is broken, the right of return expires due to health protection and hygiene reasons. These items cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Final sale: We do not have "final sale" items, provided the seal remains intact.

Shipping & Restocking

  • Customer responsible for return shipping: The costs for returning the products to our warehouse are to be paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

  • No restocking fees: We do not charge additional administrative fees for processing your return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Notify us of your return via info@tomadorodrinks.com.

  2. Ensure the bottles are packed securely and safely (preferably in the original shipping box) to prevent breakage during transport.

  3. Once we receive the products in good, sealed condition, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Did a bottle arrive broken, or did you receive the wrong drink? Please send an email to info@tomadorodrinks.com immediately so we can resolve this for you free of charge.
