Shipping Policy

At Tomadoro Drinks, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Our alcohol-free beverages are carefully packed in specialized break-proof packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

1. Shipping Rates

• Domestic (The Netherlands): €6,95.

• Free Shipping: Orders over €75.00 qualify for free shipping within the Netherlands.

• International (Belgium & Germany): For shipping to our neighboring countries, we charge € 9.95. 

2. Delivery Times

• Order Processing: Orders placed before 4:00 PM on business days are typically dispatched the same day.

• Delivery: On average, your package will be delivered within 1 to 2 business days after shipment via our shipping partners (such as PostNL or DHL).

• Track & Trace: As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will receive a Track & Trace code via email to follow your shipment.

3. Secure Shipping (Breakage Prevention)

• Since our drinks are bottled in glass, we use reinforced shipping boxes designed for fragile items.

• In the unlikely event that a bottle arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at info@tomadorodrinks.com with a photo of the damage. We will resolve this for you immediately.

4. Not at Home?

• If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will attempt to deliver the package to your neighbors or a nearby collection point. You will receive a notification in your mailbox or via the Track & Trace link.
