Since 2019, Rein and Evi have shared not only their lives, but also a deep passion for hospitality, great food and exceptional drinks. Rein brings years of experience as a maître and sommelier at Michelin level. Evi has turned her passion for alcohol-free drinks into a mission: to create something the world had never seen before.
Inspired by his love for tomatoes, naturally rich in umami and depth, Rein developed a refined alcohol-free drink with the same complexity, balance and food pairing potential as a great glass of wine. What started as an experiment quickly received enthusiastic responses from professionals and guests, leading to the creation of Tomadoro: a refined, alcohol-free fine dining drink with a character of its own.
